The Moto G4 Plus comes equipped with a 5.5-inch FHD display along with Corning Gorilla 3 protection. The G4 Plus is powered by an octa core Snapdragon 617 clocked at 1.5GHz processor alongside Adreno 405. The Moto G4 Plus comes in two variants, one with a 16GB Storage/2GB RAM and another with a 32GB Storage/3GB RAM. Both the variants will support microSD card up to 128GB. On the imaging front the Moto G4 Plus sports a 16-Megapixel f/2.0 primary snapper with PDAF and auto focus as opposed to the 13-Megapixel in Moto G4. The secondary camera shapes up in the form of a 5-Megapixel sensor with wide field of view facilitated by the 84-degree wide-angle lens. Motorola Moto G4 Plus is powered by a 3000 mAh battery pack and supports the Turbo charging. Both the phones run on nearly stock Android Marshmallow 6.0.1. The Moto G4 appears as a slightly toned down variant of the G4 Plus, the primary differences are in the form of a 13-Megapixel primary camera unit in the Moto G4 and the 2GB RAM/16GB ROM variant. Apart from the aforementioned differences both the Moto G4 and the G4 share the innards including the Snapdragon 617. Yet another trait that both the phones have borrowed from their predecessor is the water resistant feature by the nano coating. It is quite possible that Motorola wants to appease everyone as a result we also have a Moto G Play, this device comes with lower specced hardware. It comes with a Snapdragon 410 SoC and sports a 5-inch 720p display. Further the RAM is restricted to 2GB and the camera is a 8-Megapixel unit.
